Return Process

  Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items.

  Pack Securely

  Place the cartridges in their original packaging and ensure they are securely boxed to prevent damage during transit; clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.

  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement cartridges within 3-5 business days.
